Izzet Girgin | Personal Trainer
Greetings! I am a multifaceted individual with a diverse background and a passion for continuous learning and growth. I began my career as a dedicated middle school teacher and dean in London, where I honed my teaching skills and had the opportunity to positively impact the lives of my students.
Prior to my tenure as an educator, I was in a challenging role as a first lieutenant commando in the Turkish Armed Forces. This experience instilled in me a profound sense of discipline, focus, and leadership. The rigorous training and real-world experiences further shaped my character and taught me the importance of adaptability and resilience.
In 2011, I embarked on a new chapter by relocating to New York. Since then, I have been deeply involved in the fitness industry, serving as a personal trainer since 2008. My journey in the world of fitness has allowed me to combine my passion for teaching with my commitment to health and wellness. I take pride in being a data-driven professional, leveraging my analytical skills to create personalized training programs tailored to individual needs and goals.
